UI/UX and visual identity designer
About the position
As a UI/UX designer in the Grandem Group team, you will work with a wide range of digital products — from web platforms and mobile apps to brand visual systems.
You will be involved throughout the entire design process — from initial ideas and user research to high-fidelity interfaces and handing over the final result for development. Your work will directly impact both the user experience and how brands are perceived across various digital touchpoints.
In close cooperation with developers and project managers, you will create clear, intuitive, and visually compelling design solutions while ensuring consistency between products, brands, and design systems.
This role is suitable for a designer who can combine product thinking with visual mastery and for whom usability, structure, and aesthetics are equally important.

- Develop UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Create logos and brand visual elements when necessary
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply insights into the design
- Collaborate closely with developers and project managers, ensuring correct design implementation
- Maintain and improve design systems, UI libraries, and visual guidelines
- Improve and refine designs based on feedback, testing results, and real-world usage
