E‑Car is a car rental service based in Riga and Riga Airport, offering modern rental vehicles at competitive prices. Their focus is on high-quality service, transparent rental conditions, and full compliance with consumer rights and expectations.

Idea & Task

Idea: We wanted the website to reflect the ease, safety, and comfort of renting a car with E‑Car. The design had to be modern and clean, with a clear structure and intuitive navigation. Real customer reviews were integrated to build trust and show authentic feedback from previous clients.

 

Task: To create a user-friendly, reliable, and well-structured website where potential clients can easily book vehicles online, review rental conditions, explore additional services, and access all essential information — both for local customers and international visitors arriving at Riga Airport.

Solution

A responsive and fast-loading website was developed, featuring an online booking system that allows users to easily and clearly select a vehicle, choose pick-up/drop-off locations and times. Additional services were included, such as vehicle delivery and return to a specified location (Pick-up Service), airport service, the option to add an extra driver, travel outside the Baltics, and more — all with clearly stated prices and terms.
