Sudrablīnis currently produces 25 types of products in various packages. All types of wild Pacific salmon caviar, trout, lumpfish, capelin caviar and sturgeon caviar. Sushi caviar Masago and Tobiko is produced according to a Japanese recipe (it is planned to resume the production of Kazunoko and Ikura caviar soon). The product range also includes artificial caviar, as well as cheese cream with caviar. The company has also started manufacturing smoked products in innovative Darfresh vacuum packs. Sudrablīnis also actively exports its products abroad: to Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Cyprus, Hungary, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, Finland, as well as the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China and Lebanon.
